Shipping
Sam packs and posts every hardcover himself from the United States. Ebooks are not shipped at all — they arrive by email within about a minute of payment.
Rates
Rates are per order: the first book, plus a smaller amount for each additional book in the same parcel.

Free US shipping
Orders shipping within the United States with a subtotal over $75.00 ship free at the standard service level. The discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and posted within two to three business days. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. Estimates above start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Customs and duties
International orders travel with a customs declaration and may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your government, not by us, and are payable by you on delivery. We cannot predict or refund them.
Something went wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged or lost, write to Sam with your order number and he will sort it out. See also the refunds policy.
