Terms of sale

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping for hardcovers is added in the cart before you pay, and the total you see at checkout is what you are charged. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.

If an order can’t be fulfilled, for example because of a pricing mistake or a book selling out, you’ll be told and refunded in full.

As soon as your payment goes through, your ebook is ready on your order page. Each format can be downloaded 5 times within 12 months of purchase. If you need more, just ask.

Buying an ebook gives you a personal licence to read it. Please don’t share, resell or upload the files. The PDF edition is marked with your name and order number.

Delivery rates, estimates and customs information are on the shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you.

Refunds and returns follow the refunds policy, and a lost or damaged parcel will be put right.

By sending a review you confirm it is your own honest opinion, and you allow it to be shown on this website with the name you give. Reviews are read before they appear, and any review may be declined or removed.

The books and the writing on this website belong to Samuel J. Priggemeier. You’re welcome to quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy more than that without permission.

The shop is run with care, but the website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
